Presentation Letters of Credence to Latvia
On 30 October 2025, Ambassador Lambert Dushimimana presented his letters of credence to President Edgars Rinkēvičs appointing him as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Rwanda to Latvia.
Following the official presentation of credentials, the President of Latvia and the Ambassador of Rwanda held a conversation focusing on strengthening bilateral and multilateral cooperation, including trade and investment.
